Jay Fratt for Congress. Olympia resident and local businessman has filed with the FEC to run for the U.S. House Representatives in the 10th Congressional District.

Fratt, a multigenerational Washingtonian has been a committed political volunteer in Thurston County going as far as directing a Presidential campaign in this cycle. He began his journey of volunteerism in 2018 when he witnessed homelessness reaching epidemic levels without adequate governmental reaction.

Fratt is running for Congress as a Republican. He is an enthusiastic person with a strong work ethic. He said, “We have structural issues with our government that are exacerbated and perpetuated by the divisiveness and rhetoric of both political parties.”

Fratt considers himself a citizen volunteer stating, “I was living the American dream, but now my country needs me, and I am ready to serve. We must cool the temperature in politics locally and nationally so we can focus on addressing the very real structural issues that have plagued our country for decades.”
